LGUSD Chromebook FAQ

  • When can I pick up my Chromebook?

You will receive a follow up notification. This usually takes a day or two from your order, as long there is stock available at the time of purchase.

 

  • How long does pickup take?

When you come to pick up your order we will have everything ready. You will just need to wait a few minutes while we invoice your purchase at the sales counter and associate the device serial number to your student.

 

  • When will the device be registered my student?

The device will be automatically registered the day after you pick up your device. You may still use your device in the meantime however it will not be fully associated with your student until the next day.

 

  • Can I make any changes to my Chromebook?

No changes can be made while the device is enrolled at LGUSD. All programs will be fully managed by the school district until your child is no longer a student at the school district. At this point the device can be removed from the school domain and you will have full access to make any changes you want.
