Central Computers can provide warranty repair services for Lenovo Chromebook Issues

Warranty Repairs:

 

All Lenovo Chromebooks for the LGUSD 1:1 program are covered under a standard 1-year Lenovo warranty. This warranty covers manufacturer defects but does not cover accidental damage or user inflicted damage. Please review the options below and follow instructions to the scenario that best describes your situation.

 

If your device is under 1 year-old and you have a manufacturer defect, contact —>

Manufacturer Defects include: No power, Keyboard doesn't work, Screen is black (but not physcially damaged).

Manufacturer Defects do not include: Cracked screen, liquid damage, lost/stolen Chromebook, individual keys broken from the keyboard

Loaner Units

If you need access to a Chromebook while your repair is being processed, LGUSD may be able to provide a loaner unit.

Replacement Units

If you do not have insurance and your device is not covered under a warranty issue, you may purchase a new unit on this portal, or check in at Central Computers for a regular repair service and quote. However, please understand that if you choose to pay for repairs on your Chromebook, they will often come out close to the cost of a new device.
